Currently serving as a Level 5 Escalation Lead within a global CSP environment, I act as the final technical authority for regional support teams facing high-stakes infrastructure challenges.
My daily landscape involves deconstructing complex networking hurdles (vWAN, Front Door, App Gateway), stabilizing mission-critical IaaS/PaaS workloads, and architecting recovery paths for global-scale incidents.
